Dreamy blue top by David Butler. Made from poly organza, it has a button up boned bodice. The sleeves are double layered ruffles and can be worn on or off shoulder. The waist has a black velvet belt. There’s a dipped peplum ruffle to the back.

Great vintage condition- some discolouration on the inside lining of the corset but doesn’t affect wear at all.
