The perfect navy dress by Victor Costa for Neiman Marcus. Pencil style fitted dress, has a strapless, boned, sweetheart corset, bow sash and polka dot, mesh top. Made from satin fabric, there’s a zipper and hook and eye at the back.

Excellent vintage condition. Looks to have hardly been worn.
