A spectacular 1970s chiffon dress with all the drama in the yards of material used to create the full circle sweep. It has long, cuffed, frill sleeves which are trimmed with sequins. The round neckline also has a sequin bib. The chiffon ‘skirt’ has panels of chiffon and the movement is wonderful. Zipper to fasten at the back. Feels like a rayon chiffon. Label is ‘Miss Novell’.
