A gorgeously sumptuous rich brown velvet dress coat with a dramatic large collar. The coat has a matching belt with round gold buckle- the gold is carried through on the buttons. This is a fitted coat that flares slightly open at the front. It is made from a rayon cotton blend and is fully lined.
