Vintage dramatic 1970s black lurex maxi dress with sequinned spider fly/ caged back.

A rare and usual gothic gown which is made of a slightly stretchy lurex knit. The dress has a high neckline, A line skirt and the is a small line of pointelle knit front and back. The drama is in the back for this dress- it has an amazing cut out/ cage web detail with a sequin insect. The dress slips overhead and fastens on the back with buttons and poppers. The lurex knit is comfortable when wearing, but please note that it is slightly on the rough side when slipping the dress overhead.
