This is such a stunning dress that translates to looking like a very modern dress though made in the 70s. It is made from a rayon chiffon which moves/ hangs beautifully. The dress has tiered frill cuffs and hem, a tie at neck and a nipped waist. It is fully lined and has a zip to the back. The print remains vibrant.
