Gorgeous Frank Usher 70s dress with bell sleeves, full skirt and micro pleated details. The dress has a flattering scoop neckline and cinches at the waist. This isn’t the original belt but am selling the velvet ribbon with the dress. It is fully lined with a zipper to the back. Fabric feels like sheer chiffon poly/ nylon blend.

Great vintage condition.
